A gentle, supportive approach to movement

I offer Pilates that is designed to support women living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, chronic pelvic pain, or recovering from surgery.

This work is deeply personal to me.

Having experienced stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis, and undergoing a full hysterectomy, I understand how complex recovery can feel - physically and emotionally. Pilates and gentle movement became an important way for me to cope with pain, and later a key part of my recovery, helping me rebuild strength and reconnect with my body.

Who is this for?

This space is for women who are:

  • Living with endometriosis or adenomyosis

  • Managing chronic pelvic pain

  • Recovering from gynaecological surgery (including laparoscopic surgery or hysterectomy)

  • Feeling disconnected from their body after pain or medical treatment

  • Looking for a gentler, more supportive approach to exercise

Classes and resources

I am currently developing small, supportive classes and resources for women navigating endometriosis, pelvic health conditions, and post-surgical recovery.

This may include:

  • In-person mat classes (Brighton & Hove)

  • Online classes for wider access

  • A library of short, gentle video sessions to support you at home
