STUDIO SESSIONS
I teach 1:1 or duet sessions from my home studio in Poets Corner, Hove.
These sessions provide personalised attention, allowing me to focus on your specific needs and provide immediate feedback and form correction. This makes private lessons an ideal introduction to Pilates, and can also be beneficial for individuals with injuries or specific goals.
1:1 session (60 mins) £55
1:2 duet session (60 mins) £60 per session / £30 per person
